Biography
Dr. Boudette, licensed psychologist, received her doctorate in 1989 from the California School of Professional Psychology. Formerly the Program Director at the University Medical Center at Princeton Eating Disorders Program, she worked in the field of eating disorders for over 25 years. As a psychologist at Counseling and Psychological Services of Princeton University, she spent 14 years working with undergraduates and graduate students, coordinated the Eating Concerns Team and founded the Mind Body Health Services Team.
Additional areas of specialty included depression, anxiety and stress-related physical issues as well as challenges frequently encountered across the life span such as identity issues, grief and loss, relationship issues and lifestyle changes.
Her clinical practice is now closed. She continues to offer workshops, trainings and mindfulness programs in the workplace. As Training Coordinator at MIndSciences she works with Judson Brewer.
