Dr. Boudette is a licensed psychologist working in private practice with office in Skillman and Princeton. She received her doctorate in 1989 from the California School of Professional Psychology. Formerly the Program Director at the University Medical Center at Princeton Eating Disorders Program, she has worked in the field of eating disorders for over 25 years. As a psychologist at Counseling and Psychological Services of Princeton University, she spent 14 years working with undergraduates and graduate students, coordinated the Eating Concerns Team and founded the Mind Body Health Services Team. She continues to enjoy working with students and has office hours on Nassau Street.
Other areas of specialty include depression, anxiety and stress-related physical problems. Dr. Boudette has worked with many clients in overcoming the obstacles frequently encountered across the life span such as identity issues, grief and loss, relationship challenges and lifestyle changes. In addition to individual therapy, she offers mindfulness skills training in a variety of settings.
